We all know the thrill of being invited to something. It feels great to be thought of and included. God's story is one of invitations. While he invites all of us to be a part of his God-shaped world, he also uniquely invites each of us to personally know him and walk alongside him. And our response to that invitation has power in the direction of our lives and the state of our hearts. In our series, "Invitations" we will be looking at the key invitations Jesus gave to his friends, his followers, and what is extended to us today.
