Women's Group: Walking in Wholeness
What would it be like to experience movement as a form of worship and freedom rather than from a place of striving and performance?
Wholeness and wellness are meant to be a place of return - back to God and the truth of who we are: Loved. Chosen. VERY good. Made to be whole. (Ephesians 1:4)
We will learn biblical truths and about the beautiful design of our body-brain connection; do movement (choreography, kickboxing, drumsticks); prayer and meditation.
Let's learn how to live loved by God in our good bodies in a messy world. Come join us for 5 alternating Saturdays from 9-10:30 am beginning on March 14, 2026! We invite you to bring a mat, journal, bible and water as we seek to encounter the living God and walk in whole-person wellness and freedom in Jesus Christ. I can't wait to meet you!
