Everything. We packaged camp registration, transportation, and food all into one price. The only additional cost would be extra spending money for the snack & gift shop at camp.

You only have to put $10 down to secure your spot. When you register, you will then select a payment plan to pay for your student’s camp over time on a schedule that works best for you.

The final payment is due Sunday, June 7, 2025. If you have not paid your full balance by June 7th and we have not heard from you, your student’s spot may be given away.

Yes! We offer scholarships on a need-to-need basis for families who cannot afford the full $499 amount. We require every family to invest what they can in their student's camp experience and then we work with you to help with the rest. To apply for financial assistance, fill out this application.

We will be bringing 13 adult leaders plus some staff to ensure a 7:1 student to leader ratio. Camp Pondo also has a team of summer staff that work there full time over the summer to ensure students have a great time and are well supervised.

Yes! Camp United will have a registered nurse present during our session at camp. The nurse can administer medication and provide first-aid throughout the week. The nurse also has a radio on their person 24/7 in case of emergency.

No. There are limited spots for Camp United, so don't wait to register your student. If spots fill up, we will open a waiting list. If a registered student has to drop out of camp, we will begin contacting people on the waiting list on a first come, first serve basis.

We will take busses from EastLake Church to Camp Pondo which is located in Big Bear, CA. The only exception to this is our Venice Church location which will be providing their location with different transportation and will meet the rest of us up there.

Phones are allowed, but outside of using their phone to take pictures or send quick texts home, our desire is for a distraction free environment so that students can spend their time building friendships and connecting with God.
